Get a standard release form signed by the employee and head down to the police station. Some agencies will have you pay 5-10 dollars for a police check and some do it free so long as you have the release.

Just go to the County Courthouse in the records department, they have a few computers there with directions on the wall on how to do searches. Here, you just type in the full name and you'll get the criminal history and DOB.
To get copies, you need to go to the cashier. It's like .50 a copy. I recommend single mothers do this to potential dates to make sure they aren't about to go out with a sex offender.
It's public information. I first learned of this through Legal Aid.

in the experience that your criminal historic past precludes you from the job then move on...they are going to finally discover out. If it became some minor offense then tell THEM about it earlier they discover out and clarify what befell and how you've straightened up your existence and ask them for a threat to rove your self to them. when you're dishonest then you definitely are proving that you've not rather replaced...

One cannot check on Court appearances, sentencing or investigations undertaken by legal services, of any potential employee, unless you are a member of a legal service, IE court appointed officer. It is the right of the employee not to fill in that part of any questionnaire, as it is of a personal nature. I would refer you to the police to find out yourself about my past, and they in turn would tell you that it is not your right to know.
