Drink a huge glass of water 20 minutes before your meal. Make your plate last 20 minutes. Do not eat snacks. Drink coffee, it is a natural appitite suppressant. NO Sugar or cream ,though

There are some appitite supppresents both by perscription and OTC. I would try drinking 10-12 ounces of water before each meal. The water has zero calories and wil make you feel full with less food intake.

eat small amounts more often I would suggest getting a diabetics diet plan from your Dr. It is the healthiest diet plan and it keep you really full and it is very specific on how much to eat. Throw out your junk food too

You sound just like a Chinese - always never not hungry!
Eating is a pleasure, why deny yourself. Thing is to keep physically active and i mean by having a regular exercise routine - aerobic walking, jogging, swimming, cycling. A sedentary life just won't cut it if you continue to gorge and plonk yourself down infront of the tv.

i usually eat ice.. i mean it's a solid and you are tricking your body. Plus, you lose calories sucking on ice . I'm trying to lose weight myself... = ( goodluck though!
