It still has a tiny bit of alcohol, yes. Any beverage containing up to .5% alcohol by volume is considered "non-alcoholic" because the effects are basically unnoticeable...some glasses of orange juice contain this much alcohol naturally!

It still has alcohol in it and says so on the label along with how much. If it was truly non-alcoholic, which it is not, then kids would be allowed to buy it and they aren't.

Some are, as pointed out, there are low-alcohol, which is deemed by the drinks industry to be lower than 1% abv, there are non alcoholic brands too, in spain such as san miguel 0.0, buckler 0.0, and Damm Bier, all claim to have no alcohol at all, and dont taste too bad.

It is not "non-alcohol" it is called "low alcohol". The amount of alcohol in a low alcohol beer is so minute you would have to drink a case of them to get a slight buzz. I think in the US they have up to .5%

I'm a bartender, and I'm pretty sure it's pretty standard in most NA beers to have a little bit of alchohol in them. I think it has something like .02% which is basically nothing considering your average beer is like 3.5 - 5.0%.

My mom's ex husband claimed to have gotten drunk from them one time, but he would have had to slammed a ton of them (like more than 15 or 20 every hour). I personally think it was a load of crap, and he was sneaking some regular beer. Hope I answered your question!
