I am not sure what you mean by bruising but, my dog used to get "hot spots" which were areas that itch and he chewed and scratched until they were opened sores. He is a chow-chow and with the long hair I didn't always catch it in time and had to take him to the vet for a shot of something that escapes me at this moment and sent home with predisone. The only way I could control this was with medication so I would take her to the vets. You might want to ask for the pills at the visit as my vet the first time said that if the shot did not work he would be put on the pills which cost me another visit and if you do not need them don't use-they are not expensive but, visits are. If you wash your dog, put some oatmeal into it as well.

Anytime your dog is having bruising for no reason you need to bring it in asap to the vet. If there is a bleeding disorder involved that is causing the bruising then it is a matter of life and death.

Because of the itching I am hoping it is not too serious, but you would be best off to bring her in for a check. If she's that uncomfortable you'll need something to help with the itching anyways.

Good luck!

She probably has a infestation of some sort. I recommend taking her to the vet. the vet will know what to do.
