are we all born Atheist? Agnostic? Theist?

And if a human never reads a Holy Book or receives any information on religion, will they remain with that same belief?

We are ALL born atheist, that is "without belief in gods". That's called "implicit atheism". Even if we're programmed to "search" for something to worship (which I highly doubt, by the way), we BEGIN without any actual knowledge of deities. We are, by default, without belief and therefore atheistic.

Well, no. We aren't. We all have an innate desire and need to worship something. Everyone, from the time they are born, has a "thing" that they focus their attention and time on and become obssessed with. It could be a singer, a group, an activity....the moon...the sun...a rock...money. Any person who never reads any religious book or recieves any information on religion most likely will create their own set of beliefs and personal rules to live by.

Every human is born with eternity etched upon his heart. We are also born with a concsious even if we don't believe in God we have a guiding moral pull within us that God indeed gave us. We know without having laws it is wrong to kill. We are however born under a curse of sin and that is why we need Jesus He reconciles us back to God our maker and creator of the universe. God gives each human many chances to know Him and He doesn't wish anyone to perish so even if you don't have a bible or ever hear the gospel you can be sure that God will find a way to speak. Many remote tribes have accepted God by understanding Him as their maker, they start off worshipping trees and think, well who made the trees and so forth. I don't think we are born atheists. I don't think children are condemened to hell. There is however an age of reason to which we are held accountable, and only God knows that age. It may be 5 for some or 17 for another that is not for me to judge. As a christian mother my children are under my covering just as I am under God's covering for my life.

All human beings are born agnostic, which means they know nothing about any theory of god. They may stay that way if they find that belief in a proposed religion is in conflict with the evidence, or they may be indoctrinated by parents or society to believe in something without having done a critical analysis of it. The latter is the case with the vast majority of religious believers.

I think that you are right, that we are born atheists. But as life goes on, int the absence of a religion, that child may well form its own. Why does religion persist? It satisfies a need for many.

From an evolutionary standpoint, species do not permanently carry traits that do not create an advantage, as it takes extra energy to maintain those traits. Therefore, belief must serve some purpose.

I know we are born sinners. I dont think we are born atheist, agnostic etc. I think that if a human never reads or sees a Holy book, than they will find something to worship. For example those people who live out in africa or south america, tribes that are threats to human life, they find something to worship, whether it be another person or the sun, or the moon, or rain, they know there is something bigger than them that created them.

I believe everyone is born with the question in his heart--- is there a God? Only humans have the ability to think about the future, eternity, and death. Only humans can make moral decisions.
If you were left to raise yourself on a deserted island from the time you were small, and never heard of God, thoughts of God would come to you as you grew. You would consider Him. And if you followed your heart, you would seek Him. And if you seek Him, you will find Him.
God reveals Himself in many ways, but forces Himself on no one.

Yes of course we are born atheists. But there is an innate need to feel thst we are being protected by a higher being. This seen in many places where christianity had not reached previosuly.

Born as agnostic but later the mind gets conditioned and one tends to become a theist or an atheist. Very few remain an agnostic as they grow.

We are born without any conscious knowledge of God. But eventually, we would seek our maker/creator. Somehow I believe that even before we were born, God has marked us as His own children and assigned a guardian angel to protect us. As we grow old, we begin to make choices in life, that's the gift of free will God has given to us all. Its up for us to make our decisions in life guided by our consciences.

Yes, you are born atheist. You aren't born with the belief in a god, gods, or God. And as Brookie Wookie pointed out the parents who have their crazy delusions force them on their kids.
