You need to go back in history to when there weren't as many people and the world wasn't so diverse. The Bible actually dates back to the first two people alive on Earth. Most of the other religions worship idols or the dead. God said not to invoke spirits or worship idols. When a man cuts down a tree and carves it into a statue then calls the village in to offer a sacrifice, its called idolatry. It angers God when man creates his own Gods and follows his own beliefs. We are not following his law then. Just like the same way people took the followers of Christ and twisted it into all the other versions of Christianity. We have Catholics, Mormons, Baptists, Protestants, 7 day Adventists,Jehovah's Witnesses, The Latter Day Saints, and many more. Everyone has their idea of the way people aught to worship. Today we don't even follow like we should. Most of the Christians don't have the answers, but thats why they are saved by their faith.

Don't you realize that your judging Christians by the "majority attitude" and that can get you in trouble.Read 1 Peter 4:17-19 and you will see that judgment will start at the house of God ( church ) ,and that the righteous will scarcely be saved. This is the end times that we are living in.Remember God destroyed the whole world and saved only eight people.Instead of looking at the majority look at the minority. And leave all the rest of the religions up to God.I am sure He loves them, and will deal with them more lovingly than anyone could.God will look at their hearts and judge them accordingly.

Jesus came to save us all not Christians, we were not Christians and could not become Christians until the coming of Christ. The word Christian means follower of Christ. Everyone who is born into this world has a purpose to fulfill it is up to that individual to accept God's purpose for their life and achieve it. I am Christian and I know and believe God loves everyone religion has nothing to do with it. If people would stop focusing so much on religion and keep their eyes on God peace and harmony would not seem like a vivid dream. God Bless you....

God sent His son & He visited the romans who weren't Christians, so no He didn't only visit the Christians. I don't believe God created all these religions, I think man did. The only religion God created was to believe & follow Him. So whatever religion that is, is His.

All religions are under one God, the Bible says so. God did not visit earth but his son, Jesus did.
Quote from Exodus 4, parts 3-5 from the Bible:
3 The LORD said, "Throw it on the ground."
Moses threw it on the ground and it became a snake, and he ran from it. 4 Then the LORD said to him, "Reach out your hand and take it by the tail." So Moses reached out and took hold of the snake and it turned back into a staff in his hand. 5 "This," said the LORD, "is so that they may believe that the LORD, the God of their fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has appeared to you."
He says he is the God of all by saying "God of their fathers, God of Abraham, God of Isaac and God of Jacob" He has mentioned the 3 religions here and that he is the one over them all.
To say Christian, Islam or Jewish is better than the other is wrong as each is the same as each has the same God, the LORD.

God visited the Jews and I remember Jesus healing non Jews- salvation is to the JEws first and then the Gentiles- the Jews are the main olive tree and the rest are wild and grafted in- the rest is the whole world that receives him- I don't think anyone intentionally goes out to seek a false god- or idol - but it does happen- God's Blessings-peace and word to you!!-D

yes , other religions were created to appease man's flesh, his pride and his ego. they were created either out of ignorance or as a rejection of the one true God.
God did not visit only the Christians, He visited all men and all men have opportunity to come to him, those that follow call themselves Christians (unfortunately not all that call themselves Christians actually follow) but most Christians were non believers, pagans , atheists before God visited them.
you hitthe nail on the head- other religions (other gods ) were created- the one true God, His standards and righteousness just IS .

No.
And the real question is - are we taking time to visit the Lord?
Remember, he says that when he returns that he will say to those that knew him "When I was in prison, you came to me", "When I was dying, you comforted me", "When I was hungry, you gave me food". They will answer "When Lord?", "We never saw you?". He will answer, "When you did it to the least of them, you did it unto Me".
Those that love, know him and are born of him. Some of the greatest "christians", weren't labeled as a christian at all, but were simply people that lived out their lives in love and service.
