i always feel drowsy.daily i sleep upto 8hr .sometimes i sleep upto 10hrs even then i fell sleepy.

Lots of things can change our sleep paterns; alcohol, stress, depression, and physical conditions we are not educated to diagnose.

Sounds like you should talk this over with a Physician.

Sleep Apnea,very serious.I bet your over weight to.Get with your Doctor and have a sleep test done,or you can have a heart attack and someone else will take you.
