It's asking if you want to have electronic sex, which is to say, "Cybering". It is usually more of a turn on for females rather than men, but a lot of guys get off on it anyway. The mental aspect of sexual talk turns on a lot of girls, but most just say, "No, thanks. Get lost." So if you get hit with an instant message for cybering, now you know what is going on.
Me personally, I think it's a lame way to get in someone's pants.

Good you said fu*k off!!!… Very good indeed. Cyber is basically cyber sex…whereby 2 ppl sit on their PCs and write erotic and dirty talk to each other till they have orgasms. Its disgusting thing and usually done by perverts pretending to be girls and lesbians.
