Yes of course you can improve alot in two months honey. Let your teachers know you want to improve so they can both give you pointers and help, and possibly extra credit projects to get the scores up. If your teachers know you really care and want to try, they will be overjoyed - so many students don't seem to care, and that is what burns teachers out. Asking for help and extra credit will make their day!
In case you do have a teacher too busy to help you, you can still bring your grades up. You might ask the class brain if they would study with you. Or does your school have a tutoring center? Can your parents, or older sibling help?
And finally, if noone is available to help - still keep plugging at it, doing your best. I think that if you want to, you will surprise yourself with your progress.
Good luck

You can if you wish to. Plan things, remember if u r not planning then u r planning to fail.
pick out the most important chapters(with high weitage) from each subject, consern your teacher for this. Get after ur teacher, they will help but persistence is required from ur side.
once important chapters r ready, plan how u got to finish these chapters on weekly basis, like 2 ch of each subject per week. Beware u have plan in such a way that the v. imp ch r finished in a months time. after weekly planning plan fro every day on sundays. do stick to the plan. do the easiest things first but with accuracy and precison.
You should finish at least 50 % of ur syllabus in 1 month, then u can go for other chapters.
Remember planning is not time wasting, day dreaming is. And sticking to the plan is difficuld not impossible.
Where there's a WILL there's a WAY.
Good Luck. God Bless You.

It might be possible to improve in 2 months maybe not up two 60% but maybe up to at least 50% if you try hard and study a bit everyday. You can even get your parents or friends to give you pop-tests (tests out of the blue) about things you are studing to see if you are actually taking in all this information and learning it. Who knows you might even surprise yourself, just keep trying!!!
