When i play videos on my computer it goes to some media player i don't want, i want it so when i download a video or something it will open up in wmp. Thanks.

Go to "Control Panel" >> "Add or Remove Programs" >>> "Set Program Access & Defaulfs" , then under "custom" select your desired player.

You need to follow few steps as follows
1) Start Win Media Player
2) Click on Tools menu
3) Click on Options
4)Click on File Types tab.
5) Click on Select all button
6) Click on Ok button

That's it

In Windows Media Play, go to tools -> options -> file types tab, then select the type of file or choose the select all button. Then click apply. This should set the default player of that file or all files to WMP.

Go to start > set system defaults
.
If that dont work highlight movie file, right click(assuming yr right handed) and go to open with

if those dont work
go to the non-default one
and under "options" and "accepted file type"
deselect all of them
and hopefully wmp ahs them enabled
