I have heard from several women (all sizes) that walking, walking, walking is the trick. They all thought creams were useless and had noticed no effect on other women they knew (as have I). I'm definitely remembering that when my time comes...

Mederma can work for stretch marks but they have to be relatively new and still pink or red. Once they age and turn silver or white, it's much harder to reduce their appearance.
You'll need to apply the Mederma 2-3 times a day for several weeks on new stretch marks but it should help to fade them.

From what I've heard, yes. Ask a pharmacist, they usually know what works best.
