Nothing to me. I've always been a kind of girl who let whoever, guys/ girls, know when I find something on them pretty. Compliments should be given out daily if you feel like it. That's my two cents.

1:she is flirting with u cuz she got a crush on you,so she is giving u a hint.
2:she just likes your eyes and hair,nothing much.
so if its that no 1,you got to wait for anada hint b4 u start making assumptions,to avoid embarrassment.
wait,if she really so onto you she will give u anada hint.

It sort of depends on how much of a flirt she is but usually when a girl tells you this it means that she is for the most part attracted to you.
