If he uses words like honey/sweety/darling/sweetheart for all the women around. If he tries to be a gods gift to all the women around he is a charmer. If he tires to be extra nice to every girl around then he is a charmer.

Well girl if he flirts when you are out together with another girl thats gonna tell you right there. If he offers too many compliments too fast! Thats another sign. If he is pushy girl thats another. No one in this world is always so nice and sticky sweet its just not natural! :)
