Some good answers but what has not been mentioned yet is exercise. Your body responds to the stresses that are put upon it. If you exercise that puts a good stress through your bones (as well as other structures) and stimulates the production of more bone. In the long run this will lead to increase bone mass. Resistive exercise has proven very effective in the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.

The best advice for you to have healthy bones is to avoid having fizzy drinks like cola as they contain Phosphoric Acid. This weakens your bones by disolving the calcium in them.
Another chemical to avoid is Aspartame.

Calcium is only good for maintaining and strengthening bones. To rebuild and make new bone tissue you also need silicon -found in cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli and red kidney beans (as in chilli). Of these the first and last are best. Homeopathic symphytum is also good.
