It depends on the parents and their family history. If one parent is darkskin and has curly hair which is dominant in the family and the other parent is lightskin with straight hair but it changes in the family, go with the dominant family.

There is a 50/50 chance of a that the child of an interracial couple will look more black than white or vice versa. I know of a couple, black father and white mother, whose offspring appear more white than black. I have a biracial friend, black father and white mother, who I did not know was biracial at first because he took so much after his father. Then there is albinism, where two black parents produce a child with white skin. It is all in Gods hands, if you want a specific outcome, I suggest talking to him.

dark skin and curly hair are the dominant traits there, but remember that it's not only the traits of you and your partner you must consider here. It can go back many generations.

Alright, this is something me and my husband use to talk about all the time (I'm half native half white and he's black) what's our baby going to look like... Well he came out with light skin like me, and his hair and eyes are just like my fathers.. hmm.. Another weird thing, I have 2 brothers, only one of my brothers came out with dark skin and brown eyes so he actually looks native, the other brother came out with light skin curly blonde hair and blue eyes, and here I am with light skin green eyes and straight brown hair.... odd huh?

The secret is the fifth generation. Go back and check it out. My grandfather is from Spain on my mom's side and my dad's side he had a German grandfather from Germany. My son-in-law is mixed afro-american and french and thier second child was born blond hair and blue eyes white as milk. My mom's dad was that color and so was dad's (fifth generation).
