Wow, so many answers, and not a single one took you seriously. Poor guy. My sympathies. But I do have some ideas for you:
If it's supposed to be without racism, there's really only New Zealand and possibly some parts of the UK left. If a better infrastructure is more important to you than that (because at least the one in NZ isn't too great, UK better), check out any Northern European country, especially Germany. And they're all white in all of those, and you'll get far more appeal out of those ancient landscapes and old towns than that somewhat drab home-improvement market look of North America.

Even if you find this mythical Eutopia with no racism or white people it will have racism when you arrive.
As someone who has lived in the US and Europe I can tell you definatively that racism is everywhere, and is actually less present in the US than any other place in the world that I am aware of.

Are you crazy? You just said you want to move to another nation with "no racism, white people". Do you understand how stupid that sounds. If there were no racists in that nation, once you entered that nation you being the racist (no white people right) would make that nation a racist nation right?

Has real good infrastructure, but not sure of the racial makeup. Not sure the race of the Iceandic people.

Try Mexico. The illegal immigrants who come here talk as if they've never heard of the word. I guess they don't have racism in such a 'socially sophisticated, culturally superior country' as theirs .(lol)
