Same with guys.A guy I worked with flirted like hell with me,then I asked him if you would like to go out with me sometime and he didn't even answer me,after that he wouldn't say one word to me or even look at me.But I am very glad he didn't say yes because I might be with that p*ssy,instead of with my boyfriend that I love.So things work out for a reason.

Unfortunately, girls like to flirt and sometimes they can't put into action what they might like to. Perhaps this girl has a standard that her friends expect her to hang out with and even if she likes someone she still can't go out with them if they don't fit the standard. Stupid, I know, but it's what we do when we have friends and we don't know any better. There are bound to be tons of girls that do like you but may not know how to express it so use your guy charm and talk to the ladies around you and you may find a hidden gem you never knew existed. Oh and get use to the flirting and the "I only like you as a friend" thing cuz it's what girls do. Sorry!

It's a girl tendency to flirt with a guy just to make herself feel good. If the guy seems interested in her because of it, it's kind of a little victory and then we move on. Not necessarily with any intentions on hooking up with the guy. As juvenile as it sounds, play hard to get. Flirt a little, but let them come after you and play it off like you don't need them.

Most women are not used to nice guys. And by you saying you're always the friend I am assuming you're a nice guy. If a girl doesn't feel disrespected by you early on she won't be interested. However, I have been trying to tell my girlfriends that even if you aren't immediately sexually attracted to a guy, but communication and chemistry is there- stick with it.
Women have this bad habit of liking bad guys. But we can create a new habit if we just stick with the nice guy. If we do, we'll never want bag guys again. So my advice to you is to stick in there if you like her.
