Read the information sheet provided with your Tylenol Severe Allergy.
I looked up interactions with Ambien and it doesn't show and interaction.
There are Pharmacies that are open all night that you can call and ask, to make sure. It doesn't matter if you got your medication there or not.

Severe Interactions:
These medications are not usually taken together. Consult your healthcare professional (e.g., doctor or pharmacist) for more in formation.

I used Ambien for several years and had not problem with many different anti-allergy medications but your question use the term tylenol which is a pain reliever and has no effect on allergies.

The one warning you need to hear is that with Ambien is it will cause short term memory loss is you use it too much.

I have dropped Ambien and switch to 25 mg of benadyl around 9 PM and 21/2 mg of Valium and I sleep well and don't wake up groggy and my short memory issues have gone. Both the Benadyl and valium are generic so they are very cheap. My valium last 120 days for $2.50 and the benadyl last for 2 months for about $4.50. Much less expensive than Ambien and no side effects.

I am very experience in this with my wife. All of the issues that you talked about, we have delt with and we have 5 children. Do not just stop taking anything. That would be bad. As for the asthma. Our first baby.... the doctor would not let my wife take any meds for her lungs. That child is healthy now, but was very small. If you can't breath, the baby can't breath. Oxygen is very important. With the others, we stayed away from steroids and used the least aggressive meds that we could. As for the anxiety, talk to your doctor. He may have some good ideas. There are new things coming out everyday.

When the Ambien was prescribed for you, the drug store should have given you a print out that explained drug interactions. If they didn't or you can't find it, call the pharmacist, they will be able to tell you if there is a problem.

Why not ask the pharmacist. He could give you the best advice on something like this.
