lol, sometimes i do, if my hair is totally messed or if i feel really tired I will shower. I like to look presentable no matter where I go and sometimes a shower just makes me feel good and gives me that ommph to go work out.

I do not like gym showers.. I think of atheletes foot and any other fungus lurking there.. The only time I ever shower is to rince off the chlorine after a swim mainly cause I dont want the chlorine wetness on my body to bleach out whatever clothing item I am wearing home.. otherwise id wait till I got home to shower.. I once didnt shower after a swim and ruined a great dark T-shirt.. it bleached out where my hair fell on it after a swim.. So I always try to rince off the chlorine first..

Before I workout in the morning, I do shower, but its not a beauty statement, its to wake me up, so I can have a good workout...and yes, i have to shower again, but that shower is pure joy after a workout.

wow- thats is strange. its like waste of water.
but u know- it could happen. if the case is like you haven't bathe for a week and your were out drinking the night before smelling like beer- then you were a fitness instructor in the gym. You would shower before the workout so you'd smell terrific for your clients.
I workout then take a shower.

no i just get up and go to the gym thts it bcoz when u work out u sweat alot so u have to come again n shower again even if u have showerd earlier so i just go out there, i dont feel anything coz im a bit too lazy to shower

if you're many times hungry quickly after waking up i ought to eat a touch something and eat breakfast after. do not eat something vast in the previous a jog..an apple or banana is tremendous pre-jog. you want something mild on your abdomen, yet something that grant you with potential and keep you satisfied till you're waiting to eat breakfast.
