First thing I would recommend is talking to him and confirming if he really is cheating, never just assume something about another person, it never works out right that way.
If he is messing around with other girls then you should leave him, he is not worth another minute of your life. If he's not cheating on you, but something about him makes you feel uncomfortable then you should talk to him and tell him about it, he will probably understand and try to change what makes you feel uncomfortable. If he really loves you, he will not want you to feel suspicious or uncomfortable, so things should work out nicely.

talk to him, actually find out if there is another girl, if he cheats move on. if you love him no matter up then why would you want to move on? keep love true.

go to him first. ask him if the two of you are doing OK. make your decision according to his answer. follow your intuition. if you feel strongly that there is another girl, you should do what your gut tells you to do. woman's intuition is usually right.

THEN YOU NEED TO BE HONEST WITH HIM WITH HOW
YOU FEEL. ESPECIALLY SINCE HE WANT TO MARRY
YOU. BECAUSE IF THERE MORE GOING YOU DONT WANT
TO MAKE A MISTAKE BY NOT TALK TO HIM ABOUT THIS
