"Does it really matter"? Yes it does when you consider the atrocities white Christians have commited against blacks.

Do Not Bare False Wittiness against the Bible.....If you do not know it then do not answer
Song of Solomon:...full title is "The song of songs which is Solomon's" (1:1); the last of the five OT poetic books in the English Bible. Also called Canticles, from Latin Canticum Canticorum (1:1); Authorship attributed by book itself and by tradition to Solomon.
Outline: 1. The mutual admiration of the lovers (1:2-2:7).
2.. Growth in love (2:8-3:5)
3. The marriage (3:6-5:1).
4. Longing of the wife for her absent husband (5:2-6:9)
5. The beauty of the Shulammite bride (6:10-8:4).
6. The wonder of love (8:5-8:14).
There is great diversity and much overlapping among interpretations of the book. Various views are
1.Allegorical
2. Typical
3. Literal
4. Dramatic
5. Erotic-literary
6. Liturgical
7. Didactic-moral
Commonly held interpretation by Jews is that the bridegroom represents God: The Shulammite bride, the Jewish people. Many Christians hold that the bridegroom is Christ: the Shulammite bride, the Church.
Now tell me who this is about:...it is not about The COLOR of Jesus.....it is however about the woman that Solomon fell in-love with
Edit1:
"I cannot sit here and write out all the evidence that is out there so instead I will direct you to some of it."
If you feel this strongly about this then why not spend the time to teach a Brother
Why do you have a problem with the FACT that Jesus was a Jew.
Not a Black Jew
Yes I do know about the DNA that was found in some of the tribes in Ethiopia (Where the Queen of Sheba came from) so you are not dealing with a dummy here. This does not mean that is where the line of Jesus came from.
However, I do know that those who wish to PROVE this THEORY will pull out what they want or twist what they want to suit their THEORY
If you can post that the Scripture states
"My Son, Behold Him for He is a Black man among us and will go through many trials in His life as well as His future people."
Then I will take another look at this THEOLOGY
This however is just a THEORY and not a proven FACT

Goddamn. Just when I thought you couldn't get more ignorant. At least you're PROVING your ignorance, though, and allowing your superiors an opportunity to correct you. Hinduism - Believes in karma and reincarnation. Avoids negative karma. Not evil. Buddhism - Worships NO god. All about self-enlightenment. Not evil. Taoism - The word 'tao' means 'the way'. It's just a personal creedo. No gods. Not evil. Confucianism - Pretty much the same thing as Twainism or Darwinism. Follows philosophy and not a deity. Not evil. You are completely retarded, seriously. Have you ever dared to crack a book and actually RESEARCH any other faith except for the one you follow? Not to mention that YOUR faith is responsible for the Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition, The Holocaust, child molestation and allowing priests who SHOULD be shot to keep their positions. You follow THE most evil and repugnant faith in the history of mankind, yet you have the AUDACITY to insult Buddhists? Read. A. Book. You. Stupid. She-boon.

God is not the author of confusion. When ever you are looking for answers or to teach refer to The Holy Bible. David is the father of Solomon.Solomon says in The SONG OF SOLOMON (1:5 )
I am black,etc...We know that modern looking Jews did not birth a Black child. Now that being said be Patience with our White brothers and sisters in Christ they don't know and matter of fact some Black people don't know. The truth sets free and the truth is always in the Word. Now here is Why it Matters. Because if you deny him on earth(ANY PART OF HIM) he will Deny you in heaven. Now non-Blacks If you say 'it doesn't matter about race'.
1. know that it matters to your Black brothers and sisters only because we have had to fight so hard to be recognised and respected. 2. From this point on you should be able to tell anyone that he is black without any hesitance. Now to you Bro'tha I say 'spread the truth in love'.
Well hello ,stay or go.
First , You may not know this but you came across as rude . If you are a christian thier is a way we are supose to behave with one another( Rom 12:10). I understand this is a touchy subject for some ' but that does not excuse rudness.
Now to lesson at hand.
You did not even consider that there are theologines who have a different opinion on verses 1:5 -6 . but because of the conflicting view on the intended translation of this verse I will skip it and rather go back to the main subject:
Is Jesus black.? He is a Black -Jew .
There is Evidence of this in the lineage of Jesus .( not Just Solomon) I cannot sit here and write out all the evidence that is out there so instead I will direct you to some of it. I am sure after thougtful consideration of this evidence you will come to the conclusion that I did. Your search for the truth should not end here, thier are news articles, books, websites and people who can assist you. Oh and beware of people who call you a false witness. =) See what you can find on the matter.Remember" (Hosea 4:6) My people are destoryed for a lack of knowledge." This is all I have to say on the matter for now.

I'm not racist and I seem to recall having this specific conversation with a black Muslim
Give me a break when I state that Jesus was not White
He was not Black
He was however, a JEW....what do the Jews look like now is what Jesus looked like then...People have not changed color, well except for those who lighten the skin or those who lay out to darken the skin, in many years
Those who are quick to point out that others may be racist must be racist themselves
Edit:
Have not stated that you are racist
but if the shoe fits
You do not know me or know what color I am

here is what we know, the bible says that Jesus was a jew, of the tribe of judah, now i know that the rasta's say they are Judah, but i have not seen any evidence to this, it says he was the son of david and he was a jew, now in jeruselam there is 2 tribes there not all the Jews the other 10 tribes went north, but the ones there now are Judah and benjamin, so were is the evidence? And if he was Black it would not matter! he is the same today and yesterday and forever!
why are you so hung up on it?

Genetically, Jesus wasn't Jewish. He carried all the same genetic code as Adam, the man who brought sin into the world. Adam means red man. He would have been a very strong man, as he had worked as a carpenter for 18 years.

I don't recall reading anywhere in the Bible where it states what color Jesus was. We as His children(regardless of His color) need to be concentrating on non-believers and not bickering among ourselves what color He is or is not. May God Bless
