I wouldnt reccomend it. My boyfriend used to excersie with a garbage bag wrapped around his stomache. I told him all the time that this practice was useless. Until one day he passed out from exhaustion. All this does is make you lose water, not actual fat. I would reccomend a healthy diet and regular excersie, without the bag. Sit ups are great for the abs.Firming your abs while walking also helps tone and burn fat. Just from my own experience- hope it helps!

The only thing that this will do is make you lose water weight. While you lose weight you may possibly get dehydrated and you will not lose any of the fat that you are trying to target. The main thing you need to do is exercise. You need to get your heart rate going at an appropriate level with activities such as running, walking, cycling, rollerblading, swimming, etc.

The only thing it will do is to promote a little sweat- not nearly enough to affect weight or tone.

Eat less, eat smarter, move more. Sadly, there is no shortcut to that. Most of the rest of it is motivation.

I can't see how it would. You need to exercise daily and make sure you eat small meals a few times a day. (small healthy meals) But lots of exercise is the main thing.
