get rid of the "under construction" that is #1 no no in web sites.
relook at your layers as your weather channel layer is over lapping your google search form.
same with "news in asia" and "ad's by google" are both floating over the dividing line of colors.
all your menu links on left side.....left center then instead of centering them, it will make it cleaner looking
enlarge your title logo and bold it to make it stand out more, your sub title of "in the heart of thailand" is fine but maybe make it italics. move image up top over to the left as well.
put a dividing line or make background white to seperate the right side advertisements of the hot spots.
put a link on bottom back to you or whomever designed it.

If you really want a useful site for the traveler, do an indepth analysis of the nightlife in Thailand with a focus on the best places for a man to go to meet high quality women. What I mean by this, is where do professional people hang out to meet potential boyfriends, girlfriends and future spouses. This is very difficult information for a non native to come by and probably the number one thing a single man visiting Thailand is looking for. He's going visiting specifically to meet a woman who is a good person to be his wife.

I think you hit a very good point focusing the culture. There are hundreds of websites showing Bangkok nightlife, hotels, restaurants, shoppings, or transportation. It is better keep focusing on the culture, leave the others to other sites. Always present specialite of your site. I must say I am happy to find such site respecting Thai culture. All the best!

You need to keep your navigation page on the left on all pages, start a forum pages for generating chats, meets etc,, and yes get different content nightlife, daytime shopping, food places to eat,,, and link it to the resturants get them to pay for advert when you have enough traffic,, you may have to give a free month advertising first...
