i eat alot but gain no wait...ever. my legs are really skinny and i want them to be a little thicker. i dont have time to work out.

Yep, I think they may be right. Have you ever considered an Exercycle? You can ride away while your eating breakfast or watching T.V.! Adds some nice muscle to your thighs and calves!

Grammar...USE IT.

You're not going to gain SIZE in your legs without some heavy lifting (think back squats and calf raises). And even then you're going to need some extra protein in your diet.

But judging from your mispelled words, general lack of grammar, and "i dont have time to work out" line, you're going to have chicken legs for the rest of your life.

Once upon a time I longed to have "girl" legs with "girl" knees... then, 15 years later, I got them--along with waaaay too many pounds in other places too.

Skinny legs aren't the end of the world, but if you want to bulk them up, working out is the only healthy way to do so.

running short distance will form muscles there......do not run long distance cause it will start to burn away the fats and your leg will be more slimmer trust me sprint for short distance and 1mth later you will see the result.....i was also like you previously
