this girl i know was watching me doing crunches and told me she could get my abs in good shape...she made me lay on my back and raise my feet 6inches from the ground and sat on my stomach and then after a week or 2 of just sitting on my stomach for a half hr a day she started to bounce on my stomach really hard and made my stomach really sore for the next few days..i mean i see a big differnce in my abs after doing this for the last month and now she wants her 230lbs girl friend to do this to me know i dunno if i should but im realy starting to see a difference....should i keep doing this or is it just to risky?
