this girl i know was watching me doing crunches and told me she could get my abs in good shape...she made me lay on my back and raise my feet 6inches from the ground and sat on my stomach and then after a week or 2 of just sitting on my stomach for a half hr a day she started to bounce on my stomach really hard and made my stomach really sore for the next few days..i mean i see a big differnce in my abs after doing this for the last month and now she wants her 230lbs girl friend to do this to me know i dunno if i should but im realy starting to see a difference....should i keep doing this or is it just to risky?

yeah... I'm not a doctor but i do know a lot about medicine, this method might be working for you but its not good for your organs. In fact i feel that if you keep up with this method you can really do some damage and you may not even know it.... you can puncture any one of your organs at any time doing this method.... if you want, try this method........ when you are at the gym, get the incline bench (one that you can use your legs for support) and get a 35-45 lb plate.... place it on your abs and do sit-ups... this really helped me and i saw results with in a week.....

well it certainly will exercise your abs, but in the process bang up your internal organs! Also you can damage your stomach/throw up. I think she is just trying to set you up with her fat friend so watch out.

Why don't you use some GRAMMAR?

That is the longest f*cking run on sentence I have seen in a long while. "dunno" isn't a word.

Why don't you just go to the gym and do some weighted crunches on a machine. Are you TRYING to f*ck your back?
