She lives in another country and I see her once a year.The only way I can contact her is through myspace.If I tell her I like her,she'll block me and never talk to me again.(This is what happened with my friend)And I posted this before too.

If there is a possibility that she will respond by "blocking" you then there is a possibility that she might respond by not "blocking" you. You must ask yourself what grounds you are basing your conclusion on. If you see her once a year then there must be some sort of relationship between the two of you. On what basis would she consciously decide to deny all contact with you? There is a chance that she may be flattered or even interested. So if you really want to know (what she will do) - figure out a way to know. Maybe you could ask her if she would be willing to talk to you about something that's been on your mind. Even if things don't evolve in the direction that you want them to; you can be sure that you gave it a shot.

Well first off you should stop assuming things- how do you know this girl doesn't like you, too?
just because something happened to your friend doesn't mean that's what's going to happen to you. (just because my friend got kicked by a horse doesn't mean i'm going to get kicked by a horse)
if you actually, genuinely liek this girl there's no reason you shouldn't tell her
and if she reacts by blocking you and not talking to you, then clearly she's not the type of girl you should be looking for, and she doesn't deserve you.
just try it out- you never know what might happen.

You don't have to tell her right away. Contact her, talk with her more and more, build up a stronger friendship/relationship. You're not being dishonest, you're just getting to know her better. When the time is right, bring it up, but there's no hurry on this one. The stonger your relationship, the harder it will be for her to outright block you or ignore you.

How do you know that she will block you. She might not and she might even like you. There is this guy i like and he lives on the opposite side of the US. I told him that i liked him and he likes me too. Tell her!!!!
