Listen...God will give you what you're praying for in due time. I don't think you're destined to be alone at all. You just have to be patient. So when you pray..ask the Lord to also give you the patience to wait for what you're praying for. Also..be blessed that you're still a virgin...you don't find that too often anymore. Like i said...God works on his own time..

Be Blessed...

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that I personally dont think that you are destined to be alone forever.
You see, God has a plan for your life and when new opportunities open up to you (such as...a job offer, finishing High School or attending college, and making decisions in general) God's plan will lead you to where he wants you to be.
God works in the most amazing ways and I believe that he will give you a boyfriend in his own time and when the time is right.
God may not want a boyfriend in your life right now because it may interfere with the plan that he has intended for you.
I know it's hard and that you are getting anxious to have a boyfriend in your life right now...but please try to patient since Love comes when you least expect it.
Believe me...I met my current boyfriend in 1999 ( I was only divorced for 6 months) and I wasn't expecting to meet anyone that soon. Needless to say, we have been together ever since!!
So you see, God brings new people into your life when he feels the time is right...so please don't think that you are ever met to be alone for the rest of your life....because I simply don't believe thats true by any means.
Good luck to you and please remember that God has a plan for you...you just don't know what it is yet...you will be sure to find out though!! God Bless.

With the way you're thinking, then Yes. Most Guys between the age of 18-20 (like myself) like fooling around. The thought of marriage, the very thought of waking up every morning to goto work and then coming back to the same house with the same wife and the same kids, scares us. We are at a time in our lives when we want to be irresponsible and have fun. That means no commitment. Unless you want to have some fun, then you're going to be a virgin. "happily ever after" only happens in movies and story books.

God answers prayer in HIS time. And unfortunately we earthlings sometimes grow impatient waiting for HIM.

It is possible He feels you are not ready for that kind of relationship. Maybe God thinks you need to expand your mind a bit more before He reveals to that wonderful guy He has waiting for you. My first son waited until he was 28 before he got married and he was so glad he waited because the girl he met is just perfect for him.

In the meantime study music or take some classes at a technical college. You must be a Christian, you mention prayer, so get involved in some active programs in the church. Either of those will help you become more open minded and more mature in preparation for marriage.

good luck ...

NO, I don't think that your destined to be alone maybe the right person hasn't come a long yet. Don't get married just to have sex. I think that that's awesome that your 18 and a virgin!!!!! It shows that your a strong person and that you have very strong faith in what you believe in!!!

What would cause you to lose faith at the tender age of 18. Your just entering adulthood. There are so many things to learn, to experience, so many people to meet, get to know, become friends with.
Be comfortable wih the knowledge that there is a soul mate out there. I met mine on a blind date, decided we wanted to be married afer two weeks, and 6 months later we were......32 years ago.
Your destiny is to be far different from one of lonliness.
My best to you.

In my opinion God is simply waiting until the man you are destined to be with is ready to be with you. Be patient, good things come to those who wait.
