Be gentlemanly toward them, but don't over-do it, Don't gawk at them, Don't be crude when they're in earshot, be more quiet than yakky, Look straight at their eyes when they're talking instead of up in the air, over at your guy friends playing ball, at a dog, or up a tree, or basically anywhere except at her -- give her your undivided attention without trying to "fix" everything she tells you about and you'll have them lined up around the block. Oh - also: Don't call them "Gals". If you're over 16, they're women, and prefer to be referred to as that, or at the very least, girls, but please not "Gals". Good luck!

Just be yourself. I had a guy approach me this weekend for a date. He was polite and to the point, it totally made my day. My mom got in the middle of it and I never got to talk to him (my mom and I were shopping). The truth is, I was interested in the guy and he will never know that now.. Just go up and talk to her, take a chance, you never know. I give that guy so much credit for just coming up and asking me out.... Be honest, truthful and polite she will love your charm....
