There are lots of girls that prefer bigger guys. Keep looking. You will find her. Besides, you usually find your special someone when you're not looking anyway. Don't try so hard, and see what happens.

Heya, I'm a gal, and I dated a heavy-set guy before back in college. He was about 6'2 and probably weighed a good 300 pounds. No matter to me. However, we broke up because of his personality. He was just boring to me, but his body shape didn't bother me one bit.

I always think of California as a health conscious place. To some people, fat people represent laziness and overeating. Not a healthy trait! Perhaps this is why, I don't know, just making an educated guess.

Other people see you how you see yourself. And if you don't look confident about yourself or think in advance that you have no chance with this girl due to your weight then it's gonna show.

Heavy set and 'fat' to me are fine. It's the really OBESE that I am not attracted to, and that is mostly because I'd worry about high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.

An online dating site might be easier, because you can put everything honestly in your profile, and women will pick you already knowing that you are not society's thin.

Hey look at Heavy D, wow sexy. And I'd go out with Drew Carrey any day.

Also some women like heavier men. We don't all like twigs!

Hang in there! Someone lucky will find you. :-)

A lot of ladies will date a heavy set guy. I know, I have.

If you're smart and fun to be with, kind and thoughtful, your weight should not be an issue. Nor your taste in music.

I would rethink your choices in attire though. It would help if you wore fashionable clothes on occasion. It says you're observant and not afraid of being stylish from time to time.
It means you are confident and pay attention.
We girls like smart guys and that is just one more way of proving how smart you are.

We like to dress up and would like our guy to look nice too, once in awhile.

Believe me. If you dress up a little, the girls would come to you.
A well dressed guy? Cool!

Have a good sense of humour on top of that and no one will care about your few extra pounds. Trust me.

What do you say? Friday night? Roar.

Many women will probobly answer "looks don't matter".... but everyone knows that is bull sh*t because all first impressions are based on looks. So, really, its not so much if they will date a heavey set man, it is if they would aproach a heavy set man.

As for me, i would. I was very heavy for a period of time; so i can see right past that. I hate skinny guys, you need something to hug.

I dont think I could date a really heavy guy.. he gives off the impression that he can't take care of himself, so why would he take care of me?
Besides, looks are the first thing people go on when they see you, ..... you have to be attracted to the other person initially.

There 'are' women out there who dont think like me and i know this... they are attracted to bigger guys...
again, u did ask for our opinion.

I know it sounds cliche, but.......it's not what's on the outside. What's on the inside is what matters. I don't have a problem dating big guys and i think that girls that do are too vain for their own goods.

I'm so sure you are really sweet and smart. Usually people are attracted to people they think are attractive.Your lady is somewhere waiting for you.I would urge you to get healthy though it is sexier to more of the women rather than the few.

how big is big? Also, do you have any other negative factors like scraggly facial hair or ugly tattoos? I personally hate moustaches, very few men look good in them. I find facial hair borderline revolting unless it's that sexy 5:00 o'clock shadow, and even then few men can pull it off well.

Its not about the size but the confidence! My cousin is a big boi but a friggin pimp! He gets mad ladies! Its because hes content with himself and likes himself! If you vallue yourself, then girls notice that and are drawn to that. I love a guy who carries himself with confidence. It wins me over every time!
