Just be friends for now. As time passes by and you both get more comfortable as friends then you can tell her your feelings. I am sure she will understand.

If she gets mad at you for telling her your feelings about her, she must not be as close of a friend as you think. Friends are supposed to listen and help each other, not reject and feel shame.
