Thats totally fine... I dress up all the time in different outfits... its fun and keeps your man looking at you.

If you're a petite girl and its an extra large T-shirt he probably thinks its cute and sexy.
If you prefer to wear something to bed, than this is normal, he just wants to pick the outfit if you're not gonna be naked.
If you prefer to be naked and he's making you wear the T-shirt, than thats NOT normal. You sure he's not imagining you as one of the players?
May its just me but I'd want my girlfriend naked when we go to bed even if I have to crank up the heat, throw a dozen blankets on the bed, and pay extra for the heating bill to make it happen.

He thinks you look good in it and it probably relaxes him to see you in it, nothing to worry about. If it is like serious it's probably like a fetish of his or he has a mild case of OCD. Either way nothing to worry about.
