understand this cargo is categorised under the FOSFA acceptable list of previous cargo. Is this cargo also categorise as an acceptable last cargo for EU1 list (European Union) as regards the transport of bulk liquid oils and fats by sea ???

what? isopropanol is rubbing alcohol (not a fat)... but what do I know, I'm just an American!

Isopropanol is a rubbing alcohol that is good for rubbing on aching joints and muscles.There is several uses for it but i dont know that much about it. others may give you a much better answer.
