Natural. It's sad that so many people are getting fake boobs who don't really need them. My mom had a double mastectomy, so she has implants, but that should be the only time it's reasonable. Not just for looks.

I just gotta say....I am SOO proud of you guys. I always thought that men would say natural in a vote. I also must add, that I have a couple of friends who have augmentation. They are some nice boobs, but they are hard as hell. The softness of a real breast is fantastic. I can definitely understand why guys would say natural. Yes, I am straight!! Women's bodies ROCK!!!

Both. Personally I prefer huge natural boobs, but I don't really care if they're fake. In actually guys may prefer a certain size, but we'll be happy with a smaller set as long as we can see them, touch them, and taste them.

If the woman is happy with them either way then I'm happy too. This is mostly a personal decision as to how a woman feels about herself, if she feels better then t is better for us.
