Yes Tea can give you Diarrhea if you drink to much because of the caffeine in it some are weaker in the stomach then other and other teas like green tea and other ones be careful they say they help but you have to watch if your stomach is weak

They have a laxative tea. Perhaps you drank that by mistake. Otherwise I have never had the poops from tea and I drink quite a bit of it, especially when I have a stomach ache.

I've never known tea to be a diuretic (something that causes you to have diarrhea).
Coffee makes me go for sure. And, sometimes if I eat too much ice cream or dairy products then it makes me go. Maybe you could be developing lactose intolerance.

Could be if you drink tea made from senna leaves.

You could also try a can of sauerkraut juice - wow! Does that work!
