There is a product actually called Fructose. I believe i have seen it in the Wal Mart pharmacy section, believe it or not. It is for diabetics. It is basically a sugar substitute. It is granulated and looks like regular sugar.

I think you mean granulated and that simply means small granules, like little grains of sugar. Fructose is just another type of sugar but it is from fruit and not sugar cane where sucrose comes from. Sucrose is the type of sugar you commonly use around home and etc. There is glucose, fructose, sucrose, galactose, dextrose and a bunch of other ____oses. All sugars but from different sources.

Is granulated fruit sugar, not regular sugar which is called sucrose.
Fructose does not raise the blood sugar levels as much as common sugar.

Maybe it's GRANULATED fructose, in which case it is fruit juice sugar made into crystallized form.

its the sugar that you put in your coffee, the sugar that you put into your cereal. Its regular "granulated sugar."
