I know I am completely asking for it here but....Ok my dog is acting really weird. He has a bed of blankets on the floor and he always loves to lay there. Well sometimes he gets up and starts pawing at the blankets, flippin them everywhere! Its like hes digging a hole or something? After he paws and digs at the blankets and has them totally messed up, he flops back down on them and then gets up, turns around and flops down again...Hes just layin on the blankets then terrorizes them then lays back down....is he trying to tell me something or what? I wash them a lot so its not like they are nasty or anything, what the heck is he doing??

ha ha - My border collie mix pup does this a lot, will fuss and fuss over getting her bed just right, and then after she's flopped down in there gets up 2 seconds later to go do something else. Your dog and my dog are just doing their thing. Sounds cute!

I too, discover this annoying! at the same time as i'm easily not the pro, it ought to seem to me that not each and every canines that enters into practise must be perfect for the job required. This looks to me to be a case the position come hell or intense water, the Cop is bound and determined, that the canines WILL positioned up. i ought to really have concerns how this canines may react contained in the "warmth of the instantaneous". If this variety of educating has been deemed perfect, or in simple terms been dealt with with a "seem any incorrect way" body of ideas, then i imagine it unfair that this Officer take the "warmth" on my own. even although that, i do not imagine this Cop ought to proceed with practise dogs, I do imagine the punnishment is intense, compared to the "Slap on the Hand", that maximum recieve for much worse cruelty. It does make me ask your self how those residing lower than his Roof stay. with somewhat of luck, this can incident will shed mild on a topic that has of route created controversy. i ought to easily be interested in listening to what different ok-9 instruments ought to assert!

Don't worry about it, they all do that. They are just trying to get it just right. Even when they do finally lay down on it, it will probably look totally uncomfortable to you, but to your dog, he has made it HIS bed and that's just what he was going for in the first place. Just enjoy the show

My dog does the same thing. I think its because they just don't like to lie on flat blankets. They would rather have them messed up to be more comfortable for them.

He's just trying to get comfortable. If you wash the blankets a lot, don't use too much fabric softener or he might get allergies.

He's making his bed like dogs used to do in the wild. It's an ingrained trait from when they had to push down the straw, etc to make their bed soft. I love it when dogs do that...it's so funny and cute!
