get a wood stain, and have it tinted black. and you may have to prime the wood first also. and use a stain brush, so the brush strokes will not show up.

It depends how black you want it? If you really want black wood... It looks really good when you put a finish on it too.. I did this before.. I used black paint.. Oil base paint.. Brush it on and wipe it off with a rag.. let it dry and put a coat of finish or two.. Nice choice..

Your straight.... are you sure about that?? No i'm kidding. I always thought of boys wearing black nail polish is emo style. So it depends on who you are and who you hang round with. If you hang round with emo/rock people im sure they would be like "Hey, i might try that" or "Hey that looks pretty cool" But if you hang round with the chav lot, i wouldn't. I think you know the rest....

It can be waxed by using ZEPS from HOME DEPOT.This product is inexpensive and works well.
