Ok so i battled an eating disorder and i ALWAYS count calories and its annoying its all i think about! I am 14 years old 5'3" and 94-95 pounds..i am deathly afraid of stepping on the scale becuz i am scared of gaining weight? Do u think by eating about 1800 calories yesterday with 3 hours of practice and then ate about 1730 calories today with little to moderate excerise like just playing fetch and baking cookies caused me to gain any weight over these two days!?

I doubt you would've gained weight, if at all, just stuff thats still digesting. I don't think i should say this, but since you are rather light, your body is going to be in survival mode and you would really really have to watch what you eat.

I'd try aiming for atleast 105 lb. And do sit ups / some weight excersizes. Muscle weighs more than fat, but is more compact and gives you a better look. YOu also won't be freakishly muscular since girls (i'm assuming you are a girl) don't have enough hormones to allow that (testosterone). You'd still look good and not have to worry as much, also be healthy.

Also have to take into account just for your body to function like a girl, you need fat, about 20 % is what i think i read.

Off topic, but i used to joke around that a girl isn't hot unless you can see her ribs. Well one of my newer friends is about your size and we finally got to the point in the friendship where hugging is normal. I've never been more freaked out in my life. I'm not a strong guy but thought i was gonna snap her neck and break her rib cage.

I don't agree that you should be eating twice that but I do think 1800 - 2000 calories is perfect for you. I know you don't want to read this but you could stand to gain another ten pounds. Why are you afraid of gaining weight? Ten pounds will make you a healthier not fatter. Take care of yourself...... :o)
