I dont understand ...I would like a guy to approach me but it seems like all they do is stare at me. My friends say guys look at me all the time, but how come none will actually approach me. Im not ugly and im pretty outgoing is it that they are intimidated ?

guys need to know that you can be approached... sometimes we see girls as if they were on a pedestal that we can't reach...

Yes they are intimidated.
I have that same problem I was told sometimes I look like I have
a man then I was told maybe I should approach men I tried it actually works better than you letting a man approach you. The last relationship I had where I was aggressive lasted 2 and a half years. Longer than the men who approach me.

Guys are visual and non-evolved guys will stare especially if you are attractive. Somewhere along the line, you will be in an environment where men will come up to you, introduce themselves to you and maybe even tell you how beautiful you are. Be you. If they are intimidated by you just move on.

Most guys in their teens are very shy. It might be better if you just said hi to them just to break the ice.
