Wow, babe. You sound really stressed. Everybody goes through this to some degree or another. So know that you are not alone.
You may or may not need medication. That is between you and your doctor, and I personally would try every option possible before medication, but that's a holistic choice I make.
Something that really helps me when I am feeling stressed is to remember that some things I can't change. Other things I can change, and if it is a healthy choice, I follow through.
A tricky thing happens in the brain when we feel all kinds of emotions. Chemical reactions in the brain cause us to almost crave certain emotional responses. Some people begin to develop an "addiction" to certain emotions, when their emotional responses control the everyday thought pattern.
Perhaps if you see the documentary called "What The Bleep Do We Know?" you will gain some more insight into the issue of controlling your way of thinking. I also included a link in the resource box which has very helpful information about how to help control how we internalize events that happen in our lives.
I hope you find this all to be helpful, and good luck with all.

You can controll or change your moods by controlling your thoughts. Get rid of those negative things you're telling yourself. You know they are not true. Go to bed and get up at the same time each night. I like to be up at night and have no early morning commitments so I go to bed around 3am or 4am and get up around noon. It works for me. You might read or listen to some self help books from the library. Try Dr. Wayne Dyer. I think he is great. Also read James Allen AS A MAN THINKETH. You really can change how you feel by changing your thoughts. ONly you have control over your thoughts.Set a specific time to work on each problem..don't spend time worrying about things if you cann't do anything about it right then. Dr.Dyer says= When you change the way you think, the things you think about change. When God finished creating the Earth, He looked around and said 'All is good.' Nothing is good or bad until we think it so....so decide that the subject of your thought is just what you wanted and it will be good. If it is a rainy day, say to yourself<" this is just what I wanted"Being happy is not about what happens to you nor what you have, it is about how you think about it. Decide to be happy no matter what and you will be.It is up to you!I'm not saying that this is easy.. no it isn't. But what I'm saying is that it is our goal. Don't give up.You can do it. I have.(and as an extra bonus, it drives your enemys nuts to see you happy for no good reason! Now, isn't that reason enough to keep a smile on your face?) Hang in there , I know you can do it. Please give it a try. 1. get rid of negative thoughts 2. read positive thinking self help books 3. know it can be done 4. and most important...YOU DESERVE TO BE HAPPY.

Well first of all stop worrying. Think of the joy u had while working on ur nails. Think of the person u really like and if u really like him better than ur bf then have the guts to tell ur bf about it. in other words take charge of urself. this sort of thing happens to me also. I close my eyes and shut out all other thoughts. i just tell myself .... I am GOOd. I will not let this problem get me down. I repeat this and slowly I start feeling good.
Try it. I promise u u will feel better.

by the sound of it, you've hit puberty. I can relate. You get worked up over silly little things, then you get restless at night. been there done that. You have to learn to control your feelings. Try writing in a diary. mabey you could talk with you family and have them let you take breaks when you get emotional, to scream into your pillow, or to stop the flow of water leaking from your eyes. Puberty isn't easy, but trust me, it's servivable. talk things over with your parents, remember, they had to go through the same torture we call growing up. hope things work out,
peace,
koolgirl.

Make sure you're eating well. I know that sounds weird but if you're not getting your nutrients, your body will be out of whack. And remember to take time to exercise..... Trust me, a nice walk will help to clear your mind. You can think and get in shape at the same time. :o)

Go to the doctor, it could be a simple chemical imbalance. Or you could have a more serious illness. Any time you have an unusual or pervasive personality or mood change you should see a doctor.
