Seeing how there is no such breed, it will be very hard to find a reputable breeder. Usually these dogs are bred by unethical breeders just out to make money by breeding poor quality dogs. So the direct answer to your question is: From a rescue group or from a irresponsible, immoral, unethical breeder.
Check your local shelters and rescue groups. It's a far more humane way to get a mixed breed dog. : )

It's probably be easier to adopt a Pug or Beagle mix from the local rescue/shelter. You're basically getting the same thing, but for way cheaper.
I could not find any Puggle breeders listed in Australia, sorry.

Have you checked on the web for Puggle breeders? Either check that or check for Puggle Parent clubs or maybe even mixed breed puppies.

Puggles are hard to raise .I have a friend here in Mississippi who has one of the cuttest females I have ever seen.As a matter of fact the first one I had ever seen.She was soft and her skin felt like velvet.Adorable pups Good Luck!!!!
