I found a new skin cleanser that claims to kill ALL bacteria. I know internal organs have good and bad bacteria, is the same true of the skin? Is it OK to kill all bacteria?

Chances are it will dry out your skin, but the good bacteria will regrow. And nothing actually clears out all bacteria, it's just a sales ploy to get uneducated people to buy the product. Good question though!
