Personally, I value both a sense of humor and intelligence over physical appearance. I would rather have a gf who I can intelligently talk and laugh with, than one whose only redeeming characteristic is a nice body.
If she has all 3, then :D.

Three "easy" things are key. Easy to talk to, Easy to have fun with and Easy to get into bed. Pretty simple really.
