There's nothing difficult in it. I think zat this is the best opportunity. Just go to her bumped onto her and appologise, lend her some help and exchange ur names.
Then u need to keep an eyes on her and re-appear in front of her after a week at some other place(a restaurant would be nice) and start a conversation again, tell her something abt u and ask her something abt her...
Finally, if u like her; U should tyr asking her for her num!!

Make a comment on what she is wearing.. That always get a conversation started. If you see something in her cart that you have never seen talk to her and ask her about it.

You make sure she has nothing better to do before you talk, or else you're almost certainly bound for failure. UNLESS you are one of those guys who ladies just flock to, like a movie star or something.

i would say hey do i know you from somewhere? ( the old trick in the book) and start of with that and if she is interested then she will keep with it but if not you will know but at least you gave it a try
