Hey, no there are no such things. You are better of drinking 10 cups of water a day. Thats about the only easy way of losing weight, but that wont get you too far. It only does so much. I have had alot of friends try weight loss products and some have not worked and some landed them in the hospitol. My anwser to this if you can not afford the gym than at least talk to a trainer at a gym who has some good knowledge to get you on the right track.
