In Spanish is sounds grammar correct, it looses something, like making sense, in the translation. "I love you, my love". "My love, I love you".
Either way , it is meant to be understood with the utmost endearment...

I love you my love. But if this were really true in a romantic sense for the person speaking, they wouldn't use the verb "amar," but instead would say: Te quiero mi amor.

there is NOT a translation cuz TE AMO means more than I LOVE YOu and that's the nearest meaning to TE AMO ... .. and yeah
