Yesterday I had 1800 calories and i am 14 years old and 5'3'' and around 94-95 pound but i did have 3 hours of basketball practice that morning and now today i have 1735 calories but only did light activity like i went outside and played fetch with my puppy and baked cookies but other then that it was just a lazy day for me. Did i gain weight from this or did it effect me at all?
