I mean I will change the whole things ( rims with tires). What I try to say is I will take my four snow tires with rim (P195/70R14) from my Toyota Camry to put to Honda Civic. The original Honda Civic book requested is P195/65R15. Would you think that is ok? Thanks in advance!

You should really use the tires that the vehicle calls for. If you use a different size it will throw of you speedometer.

If the bolt patterns and wheel offset are the same, then they (the rims/tires) will fit. The downside is now the car will actually be going slower than what speedometer shows due to the smaller diameter tire size. Also, this may affect anti-lock brakes if equipped.

No because the bacic break down of the tire numbes is- 195 = the with of the tire the higher the number the wider the tire. 70 = is the hight of the side wall on the tire, the higher the number the taller the side wall. 15 = the size of the rim the tire goes on.

-camry to civic bolt size should be the same.
-try switching one rear wheel for a quik ride to the corner and back then switch them all if its good
-if the tires get to wide for your fender walls just buy a set of wheel spacers from any auto store for about 15-20 bucks, very easy installation.
