ok my mom is cousins with her mom. But my aunt says were not cousins and her aunt says we are cousins are we second cousins , cousins or nothing at all. Im pretty slow so i cant seem to figure it out.

First you should find out if your mom and her mom are cousins by blood or by marriage. If it's marriage, there's no blood involved and it doesn't matter. If it's by blood, you're second cousins and should find someone else to date.
