Yes they will grow back but it takes about 6 months or longer for them to completely grow back.

Yes. As long as the infection is cured. My daughter at 2 years old caught her finger in the hinge edge of a door. Her nail had to be completely removed. She had absolutely no nail only skin. By the time she was 3 her nail was perfectly normal. She is now 22 and her fingernail is no different than it ever would have been.

Hello, I used to work for a Podiatrist for many years, so anyways it depends on weather or not that the Doctor used a medication to kill the root, usually they will kill the root if your prone to getting in grown toe nails, if the doctor did not kill the root, it definitely will grow back.
